Action Realty Now understands the importance of providing a website that anyone, from all groups, can access including people with special needs – low vision or blindness, hearing loss or deafness, limited movement, photosensitivity, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, speech disorder and/or combination of all.

Action Reailty Now has followed the instructions set by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), to design the website accessibility. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 enclose several suggestions for creating web content that can be accessed by the majority of groups with disorders and disability; providing content that can be reused by the users.

Below are the 12 accessibility guidelines:

1. Avoid using material resulting in seizures.
2. Compatible with contemporary and future inventions.
3. Create flexible content to make it available for aiding technologies.
4. Creating content that appears and functions in calculated ways
5. Ensure mistakes are rectified and avoided.
6. For non-text content, give text options.
7. For video and audio content both, produce options and captions.
8. Navigate users to find the relevant content material.
9. Provide enough time for users to read and reuse the content material.
10. The text must be easy to read and easy to understand.
11. Utilise enough contrasts to make things convenient to hear and see.
12. With the help of a keyboard, all the functions must be accessed.

Several conformance levels of accessibility guidelines are three: AAA (Highest), AA (mid-range) and A (lowest). Our goal is to observe level AA (mid-range).
