Weddy has been very communicative and transparent while we were tenants and helping to get several things fixed as they arose. In the time we have gotten to know her (and her blinged out ducks :) ) Weddy also helped us look at several houses when we were ready to buy. Each time we tried in the tough housing market, Weddy was on top of it each time and we were finally able to get our offer accepted with her help for the right house at the right time! Weddy was really flexible with us and knew that the housing situation in this current state has been difficult so we never felt pressured to buy the first house we saw. She was always honest if the places we looked at were not worth it or were going to be more trouble then they were worth.
